Product Description
1. Secure Straps and Bike Pads
This tailgate cover for bikes provides premium protection for both bicycle frames and truck. Heavy duty PVC (500d) water resistant surface is ready for muddy mountain biking trips, while soft velvet material underneath keeps pickups free from scratches and scuffs. The entire tailgate pad is filled with high density 0.6 in. thick foam for extra cushioning. Each bike divider has 1 in. of foam, making this truck pad ideal for keeping paint and carbon frames safe from damage during transport. Woven straps with hook and loop closure secure bike frames to the pad. Load bikes left to right, facing disc rotors outward.
2. 2 Zipped Pockets for Tools and Gear
Two zipper multi-use pockets help keep tools handy for quick repairs. Mesh material allows moisture to drain, protecting tools from rust. The dual zipper pouches each measure over 1 ft. (12.6 x 5.5 in.), providing enough compartment space to store essential outdoor gear and biking accessories.
3. Rear Camera Tailgate Flap
A window flap in the middle of the truck pad opens for easy access to tailgate handle and rear backup camera. The flap stays in place when open or closed with a buckle closure on both sides of the tailgate pad.
4. Never Rust Aluminum Clips and 5. High Quality Woven Straps
Using this tailgate pad for bicycle transport is fast and secure. Simply place the cover over the tailgate, then open the tailgate slightly so the durable woven straps can fall through the gap. Hook the strap ends to the Never Rust aluminum clips on the outside of the tailgate and then cinch the straps on the other side for a snug fit. Finally, gather excess strap into the hook and loop fastener. The 660 lbs. (300 kg.) break strength woven straps will keep the truck pad secured on the tailgate during all your travels.
